The Digital Marketing and the Law course addresses key legal and ethical considerations that impact digital marketing strategy. In exploring major digital marketing laws, policies, and governing bodies, students will uncover the integrated issues related to privacy, data use, intellectual property, accessibility, and compliance with global regulations. They will develop tactics to support compliant resolutions in a variety of marketing scenarios. Students will also review and assess the responsible use of AI and other emerging technologies in marketing practice.
