Awards

Effective September 1, 2025, the eGlobal Excellence Scholarship program will award eligible online candidates up to $5,700 for an undergraduate or graduate certificate program or up to $27,700 for a master’s degree program. The amount will vary depending on the degree or program and/or referral by participating partners or agents and is based solely at Full Sail’s discretion.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration, those applying for an eGlobal Excellence Scholarship must:

  • Be an international student (non-US citizen) or permanent resident/Green Card holder with proof of Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card.
  • Have applied for admission to Full Sail University for an online graduate certificate or graduate degree program with a minimum GPA of 2.0 from their postsecondary institution (2.5 for Computer Science and Game Design master’s degrees), or
  • Have applied for admission to Full Sail University for an online undergraduate certificate and been referred for admission by a participating college or high school partner or agent, as approved by Full Sail, with a minimum secondary (high school) GPA of 2.0.
  • Have completed the enrollment process and met the entrance requirements for the desired Full Sail University degree or program.

How To Apply

  • Read this application thoroughly and complete the required information below. The eGlobal Excellence Scholarship application must be submitted to the Full Sail Scholarship Committee prior to the desired start date.
  • Check with your International Enrollment Guide for the deadline date applicable to your start date.

Award Notification

  • Recipients will be notified by their International Enrollment Guide prior to beginning their degree program, provided eligibility requirements above are met.
  • Scholarship amounts will be disbursed throughout the student's academic years, divided equally between semesters, after application to software cost, which varies by degree or program.

Provisions

  • Applicants must have applied as a new student for their certificate or degree program.
  • A change of degree program or interruption of training may result in cancellation of the scholarship. A student who elects to withdraw or is withdrawn by the university will forfeit future scholarship disbursements.
  • The eGlobal Excellence Scholarship may not be used in conjunction with other Full Sail University scholarships.
  • The scholarship includes the cost of program-specific required software but does not include the laptop or other hardware costs of Project LaunchBox. Applicant may purchase or opt out of receiving the laptop by submitting the required documentation.
  • Final award of scholarship is contingent upon receipt of all required admissions documents by start date.
  • Students who delay their start date may forfeit their eligibility.
  • The eGlobal Excellence scholarship is nontransferable and has no redeemable cash value.
  • Scholarship funds are limited and will remain available until depleted.
