After leading global teams for EA, Zynga, and Universal Studios, Aaron founded Paper Street Pictures in 2012, leading production on over 20 feature films that have played in 200+ festivals and sold to companies like Netflix, Lionsgate, AMC Networks, and Hulu. Recently, he secured a worldwide deal with NEON for Shelby Oaks, which is releasing theatrically in 2025. Aaron is also an award-winning writer and director, creating The Pale Door and the cult favorite Scare Package franchise via Shudder. He is also Showrunner and Executive Producer of Revival, a TV series he wrote and created for NBC and Peacock. Aaron regularly returns to campus for lectures, presentations, and even production work (some scenes for his 2022 Alicia Silverstone-starring film, The Requin, were shot at Full Sail). Paper Street was deemed the best Texas production company by the Austin Chronicle, his 2022 film The Artifice Girl garnered him an Independent Spirit nomination, and, in 2023, Aaron was named one of the “Ten Most Influential Horror Filmmakers" by Gruesome magazine.
