Katrina Mena Rick
Katrina Mena Rick is a Miami-born creative leader and global creative strategist with over 25 years of experience both on stage and behind the scenes. A graduate of the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music and Valedictorian of Full Sail University’s Entertainment Business master’s program, she was inducted into the 2025 Full Sail Hall of Fame for her contributions to the themed entertainment industry. As a Creative Entertainment Producer at Disney Live Entertainment and Walt Disney Imagineering, she supports the global business, developing content that blends intentionality, collaboration, and inclusion to create transformative, relevant guest experiences, with credits including Fantasmic!, Happily Ever After, Finding Nemo: The Big Blue and Beyond, Celebración Encanto, and most recently, The Little Mermaid: A Musical Adventure.
